DLC with Collector's Edition of SFIV?

Does anyone know what the DLC with the Collectors Edition of Street Fighter IV is?
Also, will that DLC be released on to Xbox Live Marketplace and Playstation Network later on?

The CE DLC is a pack with five alternate costumes.

Ive read that the same pack will be available for everyone to buy it, but I dont think there has been any word from Capcom or Microsoft about that.
