Problem with the Magnetar Gun

one big problem with this gun if you fire more then 3 shots the Game suffers from some MAJOR Screen Rate Issues it was that bad the Game frooze and crashed my system, this seems to be the problem both on the 360 and PS3

Are you running at 720p, 1080i or 1080p or standard definition?

Do you have both the xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game?
