Questions about upgrade points

What are the maximum number of upgrade points available? What are the most points you can put into a single bike? For instance, Im a couple of races into my third season, (using MotoGP class), and am considering putting points into my Repsol Honda for online use. I have 59 available right now. If I fill up the slots on it, will I also be able to max out a Ducati after I unlock it?

I believe the max point you can put onto a bike is upto when all 4 stats are full. As for upgrading two different bikes, i dont see why not.
