Hello there,

whenever I try to download chapter 5 I get a server contact error. I searched for the error code I received, and got this:

"Error Code: 206710
Wii Shop Channel

There appears to be an issue with the Wii Shop Channel. Please wait awhile and try your connection again later.
If you have waited several hours but are still receiving this error code, please call 1-800-255-3700 for further assistance."

I contacted the technical support of my country, but they told me my Wii suffered from a serious internal memory problem and will have to be sent for repairs.
I didn't want to take any extreme actions until I heard your opinion- for example, is Chapter 5 even online yet in Europe? And what could cause a "serious internal memory problem" (I have not modded my Wii in any way)?

Found this on another message board:

"Case 5 won't be available for download until May, after Trials and Tribulations is released and it will sell for 100 Wii Points."

If that's true, I could jump with joy! Could you show me a source... and perhaps Capcom's confirmation?

Thanks a ton, man! I'll sleep a lot easier now. I wouldn't have liked to have had to send my Wii over for repairs for no reason! :)

Now, why couldn't the error message have just been "This downloadable content is not currently available. Please try again at a later date." or similar?

It's probably laziness. They simply added in the "download Chapter 5" button, and it connects to the Wii Shop Channel looking for chapter 5, but doesn't find it and then brings you back an error. It would've been more efficient to add a clearer error message.
