Every 4th Monday of each January, Community Manager Appreciation Day takes place. Read the article and take a minute to thank those who you know are in the business. Oh, let's see...who do we have here? :P

This thread would be illogical and invalid if our star community manager wasn't embarrassed by the rest of us for her work, time and effort put in to dealing with the community.

So yes, a big shout out to Tenebra for her hard work and I can safely speak on behalf of everyone when I say we APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR US! :D

Also, we can't forget Fonix either who recently joined the ranks. A big thanks to you as well for the work you've put in and integrating with the community.

Thanks very much for making this community what it is today, Ten!

It's clear that we all love having you as the Senior Online Marketing and Community Manager for Capcom, and the amount of work you've put into this community is incredible.

It's not often that someone will give out prizes, just for the sake of it. :p

Anyway, you've arranged lots of events, both on and off of these forums, and you always strive to get everyone involved.

You may think that you are just doing your job, but at the end of the day, you don't have to put yourself out anywhere near as much as you actually do, and for that I am greatful, as I'm sure everyone else is.

I think that an appreciation topic just doesn't feel quite enough, and as such, I decided to make a blue ribbon award, just for you! :p
