Actually I have 2 things to ask.

Will we have multiplayer on 1 console?

I heard in 2011 or 2012 will come the xbox 720, will capcom still be producing xbox 360 MotoGP games? because Im not buying every few years a new console just to play new MotoGP games...

Basically developers will make games for whatever the most popular consoles are at the time. When sales began to drop off on the PS2, so did game development.

This and the next version of MotoGP will be developed for the X-Box 360 and Playstation 2, but after that????

The reason that many developers no longer make games for the PC is because the sales just aren't there. So many people now play down-loadable free or subscription based games on the PC, with sales of the box product dropping dramatically over the past few years.

Not sure I fully understand your question relating to multiplayer on one console? If you mean multiplayer split screen then yes. If you mean online multiplayer than the answer is also yes.

Ok, thank you Monumental.
You understood it completely, shame though that there arent going to be more MotoGP games for xbox 360 when a new console releases.
About the multiplayer on 1 console, I did indeed mean split screen (forgot to put that in)
Thanks again.

As long as people are buying games in numbers on the 360, developers will continue to make them. :)

I hope so, but Im afraid of not :/ Its probably going to be like xbox to xbox 360 and GameCube to Wii, but with the GameCube to Wii the last Game Cube game released in 2006, whilst all the others where lastly sold in around end 2004. After that only in 2006 1 game, maybe they can do that for xbox 360 too but then for a couple of more years.
And also another thing from xbox 360 is that Microsoft made an xbox, when you want to put in date, time and year it shows you can get to the year 2025, if they do it like that then why should they produce a new console befor that year? Now almost every 2-5 years people are buying new consoles, its actually a waste of money, because when people buy a new console it will probably cost around €400,- and an xbox 360 also costed that, so people buy for €400,-, sell for €100,- and buy again a new console for another €400,-. They lose a amount of €300,- every 2 - 5 years thats just crazy.

They should find a solution for that and I got the first 1.
Keep Microsoft Points exactly the same as from xbox 360 for the new console and let people with an xbox 360 download xbox 360 full games via xbox 360 marketplace, obviously you dont need gold membership since there is a new console, and that when the xbox 360 is not connected to internet in anyway (electricity went down, internet went down or whatever the reason might be) that the download will pause, and will continue as soon as the xbox 360 is reconnected to the internet.

I know capcom cant do anything about this, but all together we can, I just have to send this to the Microsoft xbox producing team thing... and if they allow me to get supporters and I get enough supporters to convince Microsoft, it might even work. And the supporters are not only gamers, but maybe I can try to ask different Game Manufacturers.

And a small start to this for to keep the MotoGP games running maybe when the new console is released that Capcom can make 1 more xbox 360 MotoGP game and then look at the sales and how many people are intressed.

Another thing that is a problem when the new console releases is that stores are no longer intressed in older games, but when a game will be placed on xbox live marketplace, (I think then) it could be sold forever, unless Game Manufacturers have to keep paying to let games stay on xbox live marketplace, if they dont have to pay, they only pay once to make the game. And they can sell it forever via xbox live marketplace.
And the idea for selling games via xbox live marketplace came up by me because they also sell other games and add ons.

I know its just life goes like that with every 5 years a new console, but I am getting sick of buying all over and over again a new console and losing loads of money by just buying a new one already and trying to sell the old one for a lot less then you bought.

Im going to try and find out how to get in contact with that xbox team from Microsoft, and then ask them for that fill-in form to get supports for keeping xbox 360 games selling in any way possible.

Why do i see that motogp is an "non co-op game" at the description on this site if you confirm that is contains split screen? http://www.capcom-europe.com/games/MotoGP-0910-Sony-PS3

The split screen is only for two players or there will be other raiders controlled by the CPU?

From what I gather - You can use splitscreen with a friend, both online and offline, and yes you can race with AI riders turned on or turned off in both versions.

For this version, you can't use split screen online I'm afraid.

Thats no bad thing! you usually find that its the guys playing online splitscreen that are the first to start dicking around by circulating the track backwards and what not. :bash:

It has it's advantages and as you rightly say, it's disadvantages as well. Personally I prefer the ability to play splitscreen online and have a feeling it'll be included in the next version.
