View Full Version : Super Street Fighter 4: 3 more new characters to be announced
I was on my box the other day and they said 3 more new characters to be announced for the new SSF4.
Now I dont know if they're going to be old fighters from previous SF games, or entirely new concepts.
Please post your ideas of a good NEW FIGHTER, or even old fighters that are on popular demand that YOU WANT TO SEE make a return.
some old returns i would like to see are:
Charlie
SHIN AKUMA or EVIL RYU or some evil versions of some characers
Dante
Some new characters i think will be good are
some sort of counterpart for blanka
dan hibiki's dad
some sort of mad beast with devastating punches
I like Alex but he's already representing SF3 on Tatsunoko Vs Capcom... so from that poll Ibuki gets my vote.
I'd personaly love to see a return of Geki (the cool ninja from Street Fighter 1)....

...or even Poison or Sodum from Final Fight would look good complementing Guy and Cody. :)

Juni and Juli! They're pretty much no different to Cammy, so adding them would bring virtually nothing new to the game play in terms of fighting styles and gameplay variety. But, I do love them so ^^
i voted birdie, hugo and dudley cos europe and the uk specifically needs some representation other than that pigtailed little skank (sorry darren) plus Mad Gear FTW!
We know theres a ninja in it whatever because of the screenshots of a kunai hurtling towards different characters faces. Its prolly ibuki because geki use shuriken though it could be geki as they would clearly have to make changes before including him as they could hardly have claw 2.0

I'd really love to see either Yun or Yang make a return, I loved playing as Yun in SFIII.
I'm pretty excited about all the screenshots pointing towards Ibuki getting included in the game. She always looked like a great character, but I never once touched her when I played through SFIII.
Here is some fan-fiction of Poison's Great comeback.
"After the events in Metrocity, Poisons popularity had fall down dramatically. One day she realizes that her drop in popularity was a result of misinformation. She find out that Hangar use his position as a Major and changed her identity to male (in paper). He did that because he was afraid that Cody and Guy would have second thoughts of beating a woman. She enters the SF4 tournament in order to take revenge from Guy and Cody, to recover her dignity, and to use the tournament money to track down Hangar and beat the crap out of him."
It comes close to what really happened...

Personally I hope evil ryu makes the cut. He's always been one of my faves. Other than him there isn't anyone who really makes me scream. Maybe Karin and rolento?

If i coulde choose it would be Ingrid, Twelve and Q.. but its probably not a chance for any of them to return :p
there must be some bloody way of making these people add these characters! they also need to add all the sf alpha moves and combos!!!!

two characters that arent up there that i wanted are twelve and makoto but i voted for ibuki,yun and yang and dudley

I consider at least Dudley and Ibuki as confirmed at this point. Makoto and the new character called Hakan have been rumored, but have yet to see any hints that prove their existence.

i want to se again evil ryu, chin akuma or evil ken and more important in this game is the return of Rolento pliss pliss make hin come back in this part. pliss capcom pliss. and yin and yang, alex too and finally juni and juli. :):D
there putting boring characters in the game, ryu should be able to fire hadoukens in the air and block too!!!!!!!!!
and what about all the other moves and combos
