Controller problems

The game can t detect the x and y axis completely.I use them for direction and i can only turn right and also the same for down and up. That s how appear on the controller setup menu:

Right direction - JOY XL
Left direction - X

Somebody now where is the problem? I tried with two gamepads(one is the x360 and re-installing the game but there are no changes

i have a cordless logitech rumblepad 2 and have the same problems it just wont configure properly
read about lots of issues with controllers with this game, just google it and see after i bought it that is !!!
very annoyed right now ! whats the point of having the game if you cant play it with a gamepad.
played other motoGp series games with the gamepads and work fine.
it cant be that hard can it...
bloody game shouldnt have been bought out if not working properly with a COMMON gamepad
