No. There are no plans to release MMSF3 in Europe.
And I really feel messed around.
First, they announced it for the US and Europe and then they say: No
They released Starforce 1 and 2 here in europe and the final game...not?!
Hello?! I mean, it´s like releasing the first six Harry Potter books and not the last (final) one.

I guess no, the game was released in US more than one year ago, so they would have enough time to translate it to Europe if they wanted. But that's me just guessing :(
