There’s a contest that will be running on Heavy Rain's website starting January 26th where you will be playing Detective and solving of a murder. It’s called the “Four Days Challenge” and will take place over the course of three weeks.
By registering your e-mail address, you will also receive a code for a Heavy Rain T-shirt for your Home character which will also grant you some 'exclusive access' to something.
More information at the official site: http://www.heavyrainps3.com/
I'm looking forward to this. I've registered my email, and am sitting, waiting, for the 26th ;)

The page won't load for me >.<
Me neither, it just times out. Perhaps the website itself is the victim.

I think maybe the servers are too busy or something. Perhaps the fanbase for this game was under-estimated?
Yeah, it worked for me...so I'm guessing the website's being used a lot too.

Thanks very much Jade!
I'm not bothered about the Home elements, but if this wins us any promotional items like t-shirt's or anything, then I think it'll be pretty cool.
Hopefully I'll understand how to do it, and ge the right answer in, closer to the time.
There was an Assassins Creed 2 comp a while back, and I don't think I won, or even managed to get an entry in. I can't recall, but either way, I found it again after it finished, so no idea what people won.
Joined up the day the sony eu blog posted about it :) looking forward to seeing what they actually do in terms of it being a viral game, could be interesting :)

Finally got the page to load. I've signed up, and also got the free code for the T-shirt.
It's all pretty awesome so far.

Hey guys!
I just wanted to give you all a heads up, and say that there's something new on the Heavy Rain site.
I haven't had an email with further instructions or anything (it starts tomorrow apparently), but these names looked like Twitter extensions to me.
For example: @NealFatin
That was one of them, except when I tried it out, it was a real persons twitter account.
All of the names come up in the water, so I wonder what they're for. Maybe we should note them down?
Edit: It looks like they all link to existing people on Twitter, so I reckon it's used the emails of everyone who've signed up, to put their twitter accounts on the website for some kind of purpose.
Woodlandbunny
25-01-10, 11:22
Is this on the home page with all the rain hitting the floor? As I'm not seeing any names :(
And it seems they've sent out e-mails to everyone with the code for t-shirt inside. So if the page didn't load it when registering, you should have the code in an e-mail ^^
CaptainCortez
25-01-10, 11:29
Yea, the names come up in the rain, which is splashing on the floor. You just have to watch it for a little while. ;)
That's for the email, I got the one with the free home t-shirt, but the one I meant was the one to say when it was starting, with instructions of what to do. :)

Hey guys, it's started now.
First clue is to look at the heavy rain page with the water rippling, and pay attention to what letters stay there.
Once deciphered, you'll find yourself onto a twitter page, which I'm now following and stuck, so I don't know if we do anything else.
Thought I'd let you know guys. Also, I have the answer and it's always the same, but I'm making you do it for yourself......I just gave you a massive nudge in the right direction. :p
Woodlandbunny
26-01-10, 11:11
Found the answer and the twitter page! This is interesting. I guess we're done until another clue comes out.
Anyone else figured it out yet? :3
CaptainCortez
26-01-10, 11:23
You can progress further, but I can't, as I don't have firefox.
If you're on it, can you right click the background, and go to view background image, as apparently the murderbird (next clue) is on there.
Then, can you tell me please lol. If I can avoid downloading another web browser, I'd be happy. :p
Woodlandbunny
26-01-10, 11:31
Here's a link to the background image. Does this help or would you like me to upload it here?

Ok, put that into paint and then invert it with ctrl + i. That should make the picture in the circles clear, and you can see that it's Madison Paige. There are numbers or something on the origami bird below, but I can't make it out. :/

I can't figure it out >.<
I tried @perfectfolds, but it didn't work...so I have no idea anymore...

TZM - Put it in the web address.......you don't put an @ sign in web addresses. BIG CLUE! :p

It's all good, I have it now, thanks to Bobafet.
I got the right name, just didn't look properly :p
I guess this is it for the day though?
CaptainCortez
26-01-10, 22:07
I think so. I mean, I couldn't work out what to do after I saw who was in the negative, so I guess we wait until tomorrow.
Did any of you guys see the first nine minutes of gameplay footage on youtube?
CaptainCortez
26-01-10, 22:47
Yea! Graphically it was phenomenal, but gameplay wise, it was boring.
I thinkt he action sequences and storyline are what we should be playing for. :D

Keywords so far are:
DEAD THINK HOW THAT HAPPENS
There are a few more tweets today, and it's still as confusing as ever.
It's starting to make me feel like he's trying to get back at the world.
Kids laugh at him, newspaper articles make him sick, he hears noises of flies (insanity), and now he's seen that a supposedly loved child has set fire to his house.
He can't think because his mind is full up with hatred for children, and possibly towards how the world is.
The latest tweet makes it clear that he's jealous of other people....kids with their fathers, as he didn't have one himself, whilst growing up. In my opinion, he feels why should they have a dad, and not me? They're the ones who are doing the bad things, and don't appreciate what they have in front of them.
You´re the man, i didnt noticed those key words.
And your profile of the killer is really great :)

DEAD THINK HOW THAT HAPPENS BLAME START OUT ANSWER I LOVE YOU DAD I LOVE YOU TOO SON CODE
Maybe if you jumble them around a bit, they're going to make a massive sentence. :/
It gets so confusing, but as I've missed a bit, I'll look around for more info on it. :)
Update guys!! I´ve recieved this email:
Here’s where the real work begins, officer – detect, analyse, interact.
It starts here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdTZnCCEgWw (http://moje.azet.sk/redirurl.phtml?red=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2F watch%3Fv%3DTdTZnCCEgWw)
You’ve got to keep the caller on the line. But what’s more important
– her safety, or her information? It’s your decision.
If you do well, you’ll get evidence from a crime scene and be asked to
match it against what you hear from an unreliable witness. Again, it’s a
judgement call. Pay close attention to all the details – because it will
be your responsibility to put a package of evidence together for the
Bureau. You may find yourself rewarded if your detective work is
sufficiently thorough…
Remember your training from back at the academy – collect and analyse the
evidence carefully, because there’s a killer out there. And we need to
find him. You can be an important part of that…
I was able to complete the video puzzle on the first go! :)
CaptainCortez
02-02-10, 18:51
I got the same, but haven't looked on the youtube page yet. ;)
I think we should crack this together, in a community team effort. :p

Well...the youtube one was much easier than the first challenge.
Its not the whole challenge, it continues on that site, i bet it will get more difficult and tricky
thezombiemessia
02-02-10, 19:14
Yeah. it's bound to get harder...but it can't get too hard, otherwise they'll limit their audience.
CaptainCortez
03-02-10, 11:22
It's given us some evidence to download and go through.
I'm just checking it out now. :)
I've checked the evidence. One of the pictures tells you where to go next...not sure if I should say it.
Ok, Spoiler! Just highlight the line below for where to go next:
http://twitter.com/sleeperinthesun
Spoiler end. That new place is very interesting...
CaptainCortez
03-02-10, 11:47
Right guys, so far I have this information from the youtube phonecall:
Skinny guy wearing a baseball cap.
It seems the person on twitter is possibly homeless, and at some kind of help center - @Sleeperinthesun
Anyway, he mentions coffee in his tweet, so I could be wrong, but I think it's quite safe to say that we can rule out the coffee as evidence.
I mean he could be the murderer, but I really don't think so, and I feel that he only looked at the caller, because he noticed her, as I think he lives outside, and possibly sleeps on a park bench - Note the background on his twitter page.
One of the cigarette butts seem to have lipstick on it, so who's to say the murderer is male?
Either way, I think we have a good way to go yet, before we find out who it possibly is.
Also, we don't know who the homeless person is yet, so who's to say it's not one of the main characters?
I know that Ethan Mars has his son kidnapped, so the killer could be getting him to kill people through blackmail. Ethan may then commit these acts, as he fears that if he doesn't, he'll lose his son.
I found a bit of information on him as well. You can find that here:
http://www.nextgn.com/2009/06/07/heavy-rain-characters-revealed/
The guy on this site also feels that Ethan's the killer.
So, at the moment, all guns are pointing towards him.
I think it's plausible that there's a higher power, as the perfectfolds twitter account seems to be very angry towards kids (and their fathers), so I think he'd enjoy playing mind games with someone, by kidnapping their child, and throwing about death threats......and maybe even going through with them.
Opinions guys?
Mmmm, I just don't think that insane guy from the first twitter page is the killer. It's as if they want us to think that, so that they can chuck a twist in somewhere. Of course, they might make the most obvious person so far the killer, to make it easier for the audience (as of TZM's last point).
CaptainCortez
03-02-10, 11:59
Maybe, but what I'm trying to say is....suppose the psycho isn't doing the killing, but is in fact blackmailing Ethan to commit these acts, by holding his son hostage?
I wouldn't put it past him.
Ah, sorry. That could be true, as there is a bit of complexity added to the story but it's not toooo complex a theory.
Meh, I think there will be info given soon that will take our eye away from him and towards someone who has just as weird a mind. Maybe just as a distraction, but it will probably happen.
Haha, I should really look at the facts more, rather than throwing around these stupid ideas :o
Edit: I'm wondering about that bloody whistle. Wouldn't the blood have washed off in the rain? And would the victim have had the whistle, in order to blow it if they are attacked? If so, they would have known that they were being followed/watched. As there is no string/thread/whatever on the whistle, there must have been a struggle, so the murderer might need to have been strong in order to overcome the victim. The skinny guy with a cap that the woman in the window saw doesn't really fit the picture, if this all fits together.
:) That's all for now.
CaptainCortez
03-02-10, 12:08
Hehe, yea, well we have all of this evidence of tyre tracks, footprints, chewing gum etc, but now have no idea what to do with it.
Hopefully something will pop up soon, allowing us to progress on. :D
Also, your idea's aren't stupid. They're stemmed from how you perceive things, so you're entitled to think how you please.
Hopefully we'll come to a conclusion soon!

Origami Bird, Smal Cigarette Butt, Tyre Track 117h, and the coffe shop C with "Diner" in the photograph.

05-02-10, 22:10
Gah, well that's rubbish. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my computer, yet it loads half of the evidence board, and the other half just has the arrows and green/red bobbles, with no picture behind it, and it just loads forever when I click on certain pieces of evidence, so the most I've been able to select before it crashes are two bits, then I have to refresh and start again.
Stupid site. :/

Anyone got the week 3 email? I haven't for some reason, even though I've done everything right so far. :/

Maybe you'll get it tomorrow or something. Shouldn't be long :chin:
CaptainCortez
08-02-10, 23:45
Yea, hopefully I'll get it tomorrow or something. If not, I may have to ask one of you for it. :p
Odd.
It's the last week of the four days challenge, as far as I know.
Hey guys, where do we enter the demo code? Is it just entered when you try to download the demo?
thezombiemessia
09-02-10, 16:37
Hey guys, where do we enter the demo code? Is it just entered when you try to download the demo?
"Redeem Code" option on the PSN is where you enter it.
I had a play of the Demo last night. The tutorial got me confused for a few seconds when I tried to squeeze past the garbage.
After that though, the rest of the demo was really interesting, and has made me incredibly intrigued about the game...more so than before.
CaptainCortez
09-02-10, 18:02
TZM - Have you got the week 3 instructions via email yet, as I still haven't for some reason.
Edit - Don't worry, it's just this minute popped up. Not sure why it's so late, though.
Ah, they've chucked a few suspects onto Facebook. I dunno if there's any concrete evidence there though.
CaptainCortez
10-02-10, 16:04
Yea, and you get an email from Madison Paige.....so I felt the need to say on her facebook page that she should be careful when taking a shower, as the origami killer might be spying on her. XD
I'll take a proper look at the links for this tomorrow or something.
Yea, and you get an email from Madison Paige.....so I felt the need to say on her facebook page that she should be careful when taking a shower, as the origami killer might be spying on her. XD
:D:D:D
I looked up all the suspects, on each of them points evidence. In curious, if we solve this, will we know who the killer is in the game?
CaptainCortez
10-02-10, 16:20
I don't think so, as I didn't think it was going to have any spoilers.......however, I think everyone who takes part in this until the end, deserves the game for free, or at least half price. XD
I'll have a look properly tomorrow Boba, and get back to you in this topic about it. :)
I feel I should check out everything and see where it leads me......possibly to Madisons toilet. How dirty, she makes origami whilst bored on the toilet.

11-02-10, 08:42
Well, it's information gathering time, people, and that's what I've been doing! :D
Below is important information that I noted down from the event 3 video, along with two names, and possibly a little more information. Let's get started:
Heavy Rain challenge week 3
(Video Information noted by Cortez)
Key words: Bad luck, unavoidable, fate.
They will have: Intense egoism, illogical belief in their central role in wider matters. May believe that the media, law enforcement, and entertainment industry are extremely interested in the benile aspect of the subject's life.
Does the suspect seem convinced of their ability to dictate their own fate against all the odds?
Childhood deviancy and deliquency: Prolonged sadism or masochism, out of the ordinary, and highly relevent to solving the heavy rain case.
Does the subject have difficulty in regard to sympathising with or understanding others pain and suffering? Often criminals committing type E crimes have little or no ability to do this, and may even find it humourous, or proposterous when they are asked to do so.
Some are so far gone that they don't seem to react when someone is injured, as the vast majority of people would.
Persuasive personality: Type e criminals can superficially be charming or very persuasive, as they have identified this as a very effective method of interpersonal manipulation.
Possible Suspects:
DeShaun Snap Knapp - http://www.facebook.com/pages/DeShaun-Snap-Knapp/245014791913
Roland Narwood - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Roland-Narwood/266909968884
Furthermore, we have two more (courtesy of Madison Paige on Facebook)
Greg Corgan - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Greg-Corgan/414299330197
Debra Camarilla - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Debra-Cammarilla/284124773011
I guess now, we need to psycho analyse all of their pages in full, and start with the note comparisons to their personalities.
Let's get started TEAM CAPCOM!!!
CaptainCortez
11-02-10, 08:53
Some information:
Greg Corgan (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Greg-Corgan/414299330197?ref=mf) oops. Hit a dog on the way home tonight. Couldn't stop as it was raining, besides, not my fault, right?
Me: This could relate to section 1 of how to analyse a suspect, as what he's saying suggests that he feels it's just bad luck. According to his page, he also hates the rain.
Debra Cammarilla (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Debra-Cammarilla/284124773011?ref=mf) thanks God every day. Especially for Coffee and Bagels!
Me: Remember the evidence? We found a coffee cup.
Debra Cammarilla (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Debra-Cammarilla/284124773011?ref=mf) for the last time, I don't have any spare change!! How can these people expect sympathy and support?!! GET A JOB ALREADY Top of Form
Me: Section 4 relates to this, this time. "Does the subject have difficulty in regard to sympathising with or understanding others pain and suffering? Often criminals committing type E crimes have little or no ability to do this, and may even find it humourous, or proposterous when they are asked to do so"
This also seems suspiscious to me, because she is showing signs of having difficulty in sympathising with the homeless man, and comes across as thinking it's preposterous that he's asking her for any change.
Plus, we all know that typing in capitals means you're shouting, so this could show a violent outburst within her nature.
Debra Cammarilla (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Debra-Cammarilla/284124773011?ref=mf)thanks God every day. Especially for Coffee and Bagels!
Me: Remember the evidence? We found a coffee cup.
Additional information to her:
In her profile, she has this: Always ready to do what needs to be done in the name of right! And not afriad to get her Hands dirty...
Favourite Books:
Duh... the Bible. And I urge you All to read HOLDING BACK THE TIDE: THE STRUGGLE TO EXPOSE THE LIES AT THE HEART OF MODERN AMERICAN SOCIETY by Cedric A. Koenern - it changed my Life! Enough with the Caring and Sharing - we need to get Tough with People! - one guy commented that all other suspects wrote in their profile a real book but this one is just made up.
Favourite Quotations:
"The Righteous shall Rejoice when he Seeth the Vengeance: He shall wash his Feet in the Blood of the Wicked." Psalms 58:10
You know, i though she could be the killer but when i think about it, there´s no motive.
CaptainCortez
11-02-10, 14:19
Yea, and it's a little too obvious, so I'm not sure.
Guess we'd better check out @PerfectFolds, and that other account. Was it @Sleeperintherain ?
Sleeperinthesun has answeredsome people, but doesn't want to answer anymore.
CaptainCortez
11-02-10, 15:02
I'm kinda thinking it's between Greg and Roland.
I mean Roland types and has the same typing characteristics as @PerfectFolds, but says he doesn't own a tv.
Then there's Greg who hit a dog, and didn't even bother to check on it, showing he has a lack of sympathy.
It's a hard one to call, but here's sme information on Greg, which has been put together by ShogunDarius:
http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/Heavy-Rain/4-Day-Challenge-Chat-WEEK-3/td-p/10168660/page/20
Interesting.
Greg really looks like the suspect, i think we got the killer :D
CaptainCortez
11-02-10, 16:57
I wouldn't be so sure. Roland still looks pretty suspiscious to me.
It seems that we have to make our final decision now, according to the latest email. I'm just clueless and am wondering who you guys are gonna choose.
CaptainCortez
12-02-10, 14:12
I was pretty clueless, as I couldn't decide between my two choices, but I did this about 10 minutes ago, and thankfully got it right.
Though I won't tell you the answer, what I will say is that the information I've given in this thread, leads to the right answer.
Good luck. :)
Im ashamed, i just had to look up the answer on the internet :(.
On the other hand, i was right, i just had to check it :)
My price didnt arrived yet, did your´s guys?
*sob*, I thought I would go for the honest approach and try to guess correctly (it was pretty much a guess in the end, wasn't it?), and got it wrong. Tell me what you guys get, when you get it please :)
CaptainCortez
14-02-10, 22:19
Aww, sorry to hear it man! I tried to hint at the right answer for you. :(
I'll let you know, though.
I was gutted earlier as the God of War 3 ultimate edition is no longer available at Game, so I dunno if I can get it. :(
I hope they get more stock in, as it's not even listed on their site anymore.
I like that more than Heavy Rain......God of War is my life. :(
thezombiemessia
14-02-10, 22:38
I submitted my answer (highlight: Greg) but I couldn't hear the video that played afterwards...so I have no idea if I was right or not :S
Was I right?
If so...what exactly should I expect to happen next?
CaptainCortez
14-02-10, 22:45
Yea, you were right, and the video should have loaded, as well as the trailer for the game.
We'll all just get an email with a reward of some kind, apparently.
thezombiemessia
14-02-10, 22:59
Awesome.
Well, the video played, and the sound was there...it was just very very quiet, and my TV blanked out anything I could've heard. I tried to download it afterwards, but that turned out to be the trailer instead of the actual video.
But I guess I'll just sit and wait for my e-mail or something.
CaptainCortez
14-02-10, 23:50
Ah right, well it did allow you to click back and watch the video again.
Maybe you didn't notice it or something, but either way, it wasn't something to get excited about. :p
It just basically says well done. You have the right skills needed to track down the killer, which has been proven as you've come this far. So we'll get in contact with you soon, and give you your reward.
It probably wasn't exactly that, but it would have been words to that effect. ;)
CaptainCortez
20-02-10, 18:05
Did anyone receive their reward in an email after this event?
thezombiemessia
20-02-10, 18:24
I haven't recieved anything yet...no e-mails at all...
CaptainCortez
20-02-10, 18:34
Ah, well that sucks.
Hopefully they'll sort it out soon, but either way, I cancelled my Heavy Rain pre-order, and am going to get my new PS3 Slim in a Heavy Rain bundle.
I went into Game today, and said that I'm being sent a voucher from GAME, and so I'd be in to get a bundle, but have most of the games in the current bundles.
They said that wasn't a problem, and I could swap the games out for ones that I want, straight after.
So, I will hopefully be able to get Heavy Rain with Bioshock 2, or possibly Darksiders. Though, I feel Bioshock 2 would be the better choice.
I'd also have about £7 spare after that, so may put it towards Silent Hill: Homecoming, as that looks pretty cool and spooky. :D
thezombiemessia
20-02-10, 18:40
I'd assume that we'll probably get our "reward" at the same time as when the game comes out. It's probably some sort of exclusive wallpaper or something :p
As for Silent Hill: Homecoming, avoid like the plague...seriously, it's terrible.
If you find it going for less then £10, then it might be worth it...but nothing more than £10, I assure you. It doesn't live up to SH1, SH2, SH3, SH4 or Origins, and I didn't much care for SH4...
CaptainCortez
20-02-10, 18:52
Ah yea, probably. Though, I'm hoping for some free DLC for taking part. :p
That's for Silent Hill, well, I played some of Silent Hill 2 and quite liked that, but thought the demo of SH4: The Room was pretty cool.
I like the effects on the newest one, where the wallpaper peels away in real time. There seem to be a few cool things like that, but I have about 38 PS3 games or so, so it's hard to find games that I don't already have.
I'm still not 100% sure on whether or not I should get Darksiders, as I worry it might just be another poorly made Devil May Cry, or God of War rip off.

Darksiders takes more influence from the Zelda franchise than that of GoW or DMC.
Same sort of playstyle, etc.
Their bundles change every friday, so if you want Heavy Rain with it, it might be good to go in on the 26th and see what you can get.
Sadly it seems like that member of staff was talking complete BS to you.
As they won't just swap round the games for you after you've bought it. They'll allow you to trade the games in, but if the games in the bundle didn't only come out the week you buy them, you won't get much trade in for them.
Just thought I'd say, unless the guy did say trade-in, but if he said swap game for game, he's talking out his arse.

It was the assistant manager who I spoke to, so I will do my best in getting it and say if they do, they'll get a straight sale. :)
:poke: Homecoming is the best SH we've had in a long time. It has the SH music, character-style, locations, up-to-date graphics...everything really. Ok, it's not as good as 1 or 2, but it's definitely worth a playthrough, in my opinion.
Sorry about that rant...but I'd be fully willing to pay full price for this game, even now. Maybe I just have funny tastes, but it was one of my favourites of the year. It was pure SH, with no added crap that could have been added (here's looking at The Room, although I enjoyed the main concept of that).

Pyramid Head appears for no reason, it has an overly cliche storyline, the game focuses far too much on action and combat, there's a massive lack of puzzles, etc, etc, etc.
I guess it's down to tastes though.
The very fact that it isn't as good as SH1 or SH2 goes to show, for me at least, how bad the game is.
SH3 and 4 are, at the very least, as good as SH1, with Origins coming close.
Homecoming, for me, was just moving in the wrong direction for me...
Got an email from HMV and my special edition is on it's way :D
Although I doubt I'll get it before Friday tbh.
Found out a crappy piece of information over the weekend though as the soundtrack in the special edition is a download :/ at least that's what a piece of PoS said in HMV when I popped in one :(
Either way I'm looking forward very much to friday :D

I just clicked on this because I thought it was a throwdown. It's taken me almost two weeks to get through the first 3 hours of the game. I don't think I'll manage the final 4 hours in the next month, though, it's just so boring! If anyone manages to finish it in four days then let me know - that's an achievement worth respecting.

I haven't got a PS3 but thought you guys might like to see this video with some of the people involved, talking about the themes found in the game.
It made me want one when I watched it and yes that would be me that wrote about it(hope it is ok to share?)!

Fully agree with you SH1 - 4 were amazing experiences for me and homecoming was like an action game and you also felt over powered when fighting compared with the earlier games where you would avoid combat where possible I was so disapointed in Homecoming.
But that's the thing...I always killed off the enemies in SH games, just so that the corridors would be easier to get through. You had the melee weapons even back then, so it was just as much action combat as it is in Homecoming. While the story was cliche, it was still told well, in my opinion. Cliche stories are cliche because they are good stories, in most cases, and people like them.
I think that Pyramid Head seemed kinda random all the way through the series, just like any other enemy. He has a small story in every SH, including Homecoming where he is the Boogeyman that Alex (as a kid) or Joshua was always scared of. He's not so random when you collect the child's drawings and piece it together a bit.
Aw crap...we've gone off topic haha. I played the demo of Heavy Rain over the weekend, but I never had to enter a code to do so. Have I missed something?

Nope, a demo has been on the psn for everyone to download since the 11th of Feb.

I got an email from them on Monday about it being sent, still aint received it. Though they did say 2-5 days. Couple journalist friends of mine have had their copies for couple of weeks the lucky bs!
It was finally posted on Tuesday morning, just got it this morning XD Haven't tried it yet though, still finishing off Mass Effect 2.
Edit: ok played through the first few scenes just now, pretty good so far setting mood and taking you in.
Edit Again: Don't use your special edition codes just yet!! http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/25/heavy-rain-special-edition-soundtrack-suffers-technical-delay/
Everyone's gone dark on this game (or cut their wrists :P ), how are you finding it so far?

I haven't had the money to get a copy yet :(
I was so close to getting a copy yesterday, not caring if I had the cash spare...but Blockbuster had sold out, so they saved me...but I'm still upset.
sometimes the quick times are very unexpected, it wouldve been nice to get some warning occasionally but Im very much enjoying it. Im doing a lets play of it on my youtube account, and soon you'll seen some gaming nudity!!!!!!! (that aint no joke either!)
I was enjoying this game, right up to the point where the plotholes start to show up. From there on, all the scenes just felt like cut and paste work, without any real polish or consistency to them.
Didn't shed a tear during the emotional scenes either. Maybe I'm just an insensitive [naughty person. TZM].
Soo... whats with the prize we should have recieved by email long ago? Does anyone have a clue?

No idea, man. I haven't heard back from them, either.
I'm finding the same thing, as I get further and further into the game I'm thinking "what????", "how????" - some of the character motivations are completely off, unless of course I am totally missing dialogue or scenes, for example Madison befuddles me - why the hell is she helping Ethan??????
just finished the game amazing game enjoyed from start to finish not been allowed to play it until my missus had chance to sit and watch she loved it too. don't want to give any spoilers away but wow. An amazing masterpiece. A xouple of plot holes but nothing to spoil your enjoyment.
Without spoiling anything at all I loved it,
and I'm looking forward to playing the DLC story tonight :)

Yeah, i think, its the theme you have to pay for in order to get it
Meh, anything that's normally paid for is a great prize for doing little to nothing. An exclusive theme would be better, but it looks like a great theme anyway :)
