I know how to do it and I know what you mean, but I cant explain it.
Ive been playing too much SFIII 3rd Strike on PSP........:lol:

SFIII is set 9 years later after SFA3. Because SFA3 is in 1990 and Third Strike is in 1999. Its better than SFA3 IMO. You can use defensive blocking, aka parrying.

I have Street fighter Alpha 3 MAX released in 2006 so do you know how to do the safe fall for that game if you can do it

speakin of alpha max has any1 noticed strange things with ultra
i.e ryus shin shroyuken
sometimes does pathetically bad damage and doenst look to flashy
other times the screen vibrants and he does re***didly good damge any1 no wats goin on

There are two versions of the move. The standard is the Metsa Shoryuken where Ryu simply does a Shoryuken.
If you are at the correct distance Ryu wil unleash the Shin Shoryuken which is much more powerful. As he moves forward and his elbow only just connects with the right frame distance, hell uppercut with his other hand and then finish with a Shoryuken.
