Its probably the same anime the Japanese are getting. I dont see why itd be different. 1080p resolution on BD would be nice. As for a seperate release there hasnt been any mention of it. Im gonna randomly guess that they might in Japan but not anywhere else. I still want the Japanese cover....double sided cover would be swell!

Alright. Im not that great at it, mind you. Still very new to the Saving attacks. My timing on canceling and comboing was so off.

Yeah, played it a few times already. Mainly stuck to using Ryu. Still havent used Abel though. Used the other three but like I said, stuck to Ryu for the most part. Cant wait to try out Fei Long.

This collectors box looks better than the US one.
But the US one shows that the Game disc and the Animated Movie disc are in separate cases. Will the EU version be the same?
The European Collector Is really ugly compared to the US Collectors edition! Very...
The box is too big, the diaporama is useless and ugly. I have reserved the US collector :)

Keep in mind you only get the one figure in the US version (Ryu for PS3, Viper for 360). You get both in the PAL version.
Still want to know if the PAL PS3 version has the anime on BD ROM or not.
Looks like the PS3 version has a nice and shiny Blue Ray disc ;)

Ah! Thats great! You know Leo said hed give the people SFIV and stuff for helping out at the MCM Expo. I look forward to my sweet, sweet SFIV soon, I hope. May make me illness disappear *cough* (really am coughing!).

The 360 version has a disc that outputs the video in HD too, doesnt it? I remember reading that for the US Collectors but not 100% about the Euro one. I am assuming this is the same one coming to Australia also, is that right Tenebra? I work at a game shop and they just announced the contents which seem exactly the same.
That being said, do you know if its anything like the US Collectors in that the anime movie will get a separate box and such?

It looks to be the same figurines. I guess its to compensate for PAL versions not getting a soundtrack CD or something.

Yeah, theyre the same figures.
I forgot about the soundtrack. To be honest I dont worry about those much these days. Im guessing itll be an incomplete soundtrack anyway, with the full release being released in Japan slightly later. DMC4 had the same thing happen. Most US versions of a game that come with a soundtrack are never complete anyway so you still have to buy it from Japan eventually.
Im suprised no one has brought up the pricing of the special editon of SF IV, which stands at (an expensive) œ69.99 on both Play.com and Amazon. This is a lot of money for a special edition. I know that the PS3 version comes with a blue-ray etc, but the same retailer has the game (stand alone) for œ29.99, this is 50% less then the rrp of the special edition. Seeing as gamestop have the game at a more reasonable $79.99 (around œ52) what gives?
The downloadable costumes will decide if I get the CE or the regular one.
I like the figurines and they fit with the Chun-Li one I got (thanks Tenebra :D), but I dont care for the books, specially because I plan on getting the Prima strategy guide too.

Yeah, in Australia its priced at almost DOUBLE the price of the standard edition. A shame, but I guess I can get staff discount to bring it down a bit, but still, a shame.
Yea shame, so I used game.co.uk and got it for $160 plus shipping costs.

Im not going to get the collector edition because I can find the mini street fighter movie on the internet! hopefully:) and the figurines dont particularly interest me, so ill just have to satisfy myself with the normal edition.
