View Full Version : Resident Evil 5 troubleshooting
Hey, When i install resident evil 5 the installtion is in japanese. And after installation all text in the game is also in japanese witch is a problem because i am swedish and doesnt understand japanese.
Was wondering if their is somekind of patch or something that can help with the language settings.
In the game when i play it all text that i need to read is also in japanese. The sound is in english.

Yes, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry and other Capcom's series have ONLY english voice. Japanese voice Doesn't exists.
Where did you bought the game? It's strange, the setup should install the game in language you specified in your OS. Maybe doesn't exists in your and default is japanese... it's strange.

yes its true, the pc edtitions from Devil May Cry 4 Street Fighter Lost Planet (colonies) are in english but the standard language from Resi 5 is Japanese install, but set in the begin menu from resi 5 the language to english that is possible.

You're running Windows 7 right? That's probably why you get that weird language. You can change the language after you install the game, in the RE5 Launcher. There's a language menu there.
