All I seem to see on quickly browsing the forum is negative remarks, well Id like to say WELL DONE Capcom,Ive been playing the game since gp500 many years ago & this version is a step up,very raceable & the unpredictable power sliding is fantastic, ive had no issues with the game at all & its not installed in the default folder.
The 1 thing i would like to ask is having opened some pictures by completing a few challenges ,were are they stored ?
Hi there :T@lon !
well i agree with you that Capcom did a good job this time :) although some bugs they will fix i am sure just give them the time to do so.
about your question, well i guess that no one knows where the pics-prizes are located.
:)
Hi
i would agree totally im an old skool GP500 player and although it has lasted way longer than most people thought thanks to the great modding groups its very dated now, motogp 08 is fun to play (really people should try to stop whinging about it not be realistic - how many of us have actually ridden a motogp bike!!! ) i feel if someone can work out how to edit the bikes/helmets/riders in the game it would improve the game even more so hopefully someone can work this out
cheers

Alright fellas, Ill chime in. Hats off to Capcom for MotoGP 08! I do think the game is great. I really like the graphics, and the gameplay seems to be realistic enough. I own a Triumph Daytona 675, and this is just how I imagine racing to be. HOWEVER, I am one of the very many who is having problems with this game on PC. I still cannot get the game to even run unless I disable all the sounds in the options menu. Playing the game without sound is very frustrating, and renders the game useless.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this, I am all ears!
flyinbriyin , Are your sound & graphics drivers bang up to date,I often neglect my sound drivers but it does make a difference.
If its intergrated, chisel the chip off the motherboard & stick i good card in.
Flyin get out to the track and you will see how its close but not close enough. the 675 is a fun track bike, got a buddy that is sponsored by them Triumph and he does well with it.
As for your sound issues, it was stated, check for your latest drivers for that. If its a 3rd party motherboard with a via chipset for example, its likely going to be an issue since this game seems to be very picky from what a I read with respect to properly supported DirectX functions.
If you sound isnt an Intel on board or even a Sound Blaster for example you may have to find an alternative solution.
