I just installed Resident Evil 5 from DVD, but when I try to play it I receive this error message: "ERR09: unsupported function".
I choosed DX9 and I tried to upgrade ATI catalyst driver to version 9.11, the last one available. I restarded the PC but the problem persist.
I'm on Vista Business 64 bit (english) with ATI Radeon X1900 video card, a double Intel Xeon 5159 2.66 GHz and 9 GB RAM. I think it's enough to play this game. Why is it not working? :whack:

best thing to do is email support as they will be able to help get sorted.

The email is in my sig but it is Christmas week so you may be waiting a little longer for a reply.

I'm running Windows 7 64 Bit myself, and I got that same problem when I made a shortcut to the DX9 and DX10 game ".exe" files. I had to make my own shortcuts because the game didn't make any for me when I installed it. But, when I start the launcher it's all ok. I can choose DX9 or DX10 in the launcher and I have to do that every single time, but at least the game starts.
