Got a nice big duck from Sainsbury's for £9 :D

Does anyone else know what they're having yet? Donna doesn't like sprouts, so I've got asparagus, and will probably get spinach and brocolli cheese.

Now I'm off to get some chorizo and maybe some parmesan and tomatoes...

*edit* Got half a kilo of parmesan and some chorizo! Now we're cooking!

Duck? Parmesan? Chorizo?

What has happened to your Christmas? Where is the turkeys? The mini sausages in bacon? The delicious vegetables?

I do believe this year I will be having turkey with all the trimmings! WIN!

I think I'm having Tur-beef-en (Turkey, Beef and Chicken)

Along with Sprouts (mmm, yummy...and gas enducing!) and Pigs in Blankets (Sausages in bacon).

I love Christmas Dinner.

Duck is awesome, but for Christmas? :p

Madman!

Duck á l'orangé is yum though. Not had it in years, mind. :(

I have Turkenham for Christmas, judging by what I've seen in the freezer. :p

Veg wise, I'm probably having brocolli cheese, asparagus, carrots, roasters, spinach, maybe cheesey leeks.

Duck is amazing - I really wanted goose, but it's jus too much for me and Donna. I asked on Chowhound if I culd get a goose for 2 people, and someone said "a goose for 2 people is called a duck".

IIRC, turkey has only beed traditional in the past 80 years or so, and before that, you'd have goose or ham or something. I hate turkey.

Donna doesn't want sprouts though :(

*edit* oh, yeah, and I got load in PinBs
