View Full Version : PS2 RE4: Castle Gardens: Can't Enter Garden Bug
I've been looking for this error elsewhere. I'm unable to enter to Garden to do the Maze part of PS2 version Resident Evil 4. There's a physical barrier. Additionally there was no video trigger to view the garden. The door to the merchant was open where, I've seen on youtube, where the Moon emblem was supposed to be. Is this a known bug? I've a legit, bought game [not a copy]. Does one have the open the garden somehow?
I take it your playing on easy. The maze does not appear on the easy option.
And by RE2, you mean RE4.
Spike summed it up well, if you are playing on Easy mode then you can just ignore the gardens, if you're playing on a harder mode, the garden maze will open, it's pretty difficult first time around because there are loads of dogs, but there are some rewards in there.
Since you've already started the game, you'll have to start again with Normal selected, there are probably some save files online somewhere, but to transfer these to your memory card is difficult.
And by RE2, you mean RE4.
