my motogp08 does not work on steam crash just after the intro video, how can I log a bug about this with the relevant system information logs and dxdiag information?

Yeah... i just bought this game through steam and finished download it. Doesnt matter how i enter through steam or through the shortcut icon, i just cant launch the game. appears a launcher.exe window saying theres an error. What should i do?

I would include a system information export and also a dxdiag export.
you can do this from running system information from the start search bar and dxdiag from the start search bar.
each program has an export option, the system information one is on the file menu, it saves to a text file so just save it on the desktop and attach it to the email. the dxdiag is on a button at the bottom of the general tab when the program first loads, again it exports to a text file so just save it on the desktop and attach it to the email.
That way capcom should be able to easily find out what went wrong hopefully,

i did what you wrote and i guess that all the information i provided in this email will help Capcom to understand where it went wrong.

wierdly I just ran my copy on steam to check for updates but accidentally ran the game, I hit all the buttons on my keyboard to skip the intro videos and the game ran, there hasnt been an update so Im either lucky or random.
Try this:
Run the game,
When videos are playing hit all the keys on your keyboard that might skip the video such as escape enter space i just randomly hit buttons
It should skip the intro video and bring you to the main menu
