Microsoft opened a new shop online for PC games.

Shadowrun, Viva Piñata, Battlestations: Pacific, DiRT 2, Fallout 3, Red Faction: Guerrilla, Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter IV are available(the first two are half-priced, € 9,99) and more are coming soon, like Live-enabled version of World of Goo and Osmos.

Also, there is a FREE GAME, a puzzle game. Tinker, you move a robot in a series of levels. This game was an Extra for Windows Vista Ultimate.

Who already have installed Games for Windows Live clients, what you have to do is to launch it and wait the update. The others can click here (http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-us/live/Pages/livejoin.aspx) and download the client.
If you already have a gamertag, you can use it. It's the same between Xbox and PC.

I think Spike brought this up a few weeks ago, but I can't see the thread anywhere...

I downloaded Tinker last night, not got to grips with the controls as of yet (was a bit drunk), but I'm glad to see support from Microsoft on the PC platform on par with that of Xbox Live.

It seems to have gone 4 pages back, may as well just leave it as it is.

With not being able to play online with the 360 till i get my new HDD or borrow one i have been playing some demo's from GFWL and i downloaded Tinker also. I wouldn't pay for it but for free you can't grumble.

I downloaded Tinker last night, not got to grips with the controls as of yet (was a bit drunk)It's not just you, the controls are strange... they are like old Resident Evil, left-right to rotate the robot and up to move... It's hard to use in a puzzle game with only 4 direction available...
