Yeah this is outrageous. I only like to play this game online with friends and if the game had voice chat more of my race buddies would by the game. I dont know who was responsible for the ps3 version of this game, but he/she did a terrible job. The game is fun and nice, but how can you deliver a game with no voice chat and/or private rooms (kick feature also nice, but not that high priority). This is the most important functional requirement of a race game. Come on, thats where race games have there popularity fro -> The online experience. Designers who dont know this are not good designers.
