This game is cool, now I can change gear manualy and I feel difference!!! All gamers used to handle bikes in THQ motogp style wont understand it.
But this handle system reminds me Gp500 game from 1999 year. What a surprise! I tried ride few laps on random circuits and I had to use the same gear changing sentences like in gp500:) I just cant understand one thing, why Capcom couldnt do a simulation game like SBK 08?? Theres fine physic so it would be a extended bike setup rather than this exported from THQ games. Maybe Dorna or whoever wanted it to be just arcade game but potential is so huge!!!
For me Milestone, who made this game, would redesign cockpit view modes like they used in Superbikes 2001 (another great great game!!!) couse those which are used in motogp 08 are bad and useless. Also some bikes and riders animation are...poor;P Not so well designed I would say. But bike animation during TV mode watch shows its proper prepared (looking back at THQ product, there was stupid front fork/wheel and it was bevaving like some kind of cradle;P )
Also adding bike damage which we could see on screen after crash, engine/tyre blown-out or slower bikes highside animation (it is now too fast and in Gp500 it has been well shown) would make this game a masterpiece
So concluding - dear Capcom/Milestone! theres great core soft to make a powerfull simulation game which can be also well playing.
At this time I rate this game higher than SBK 08 :)
