i have also this problem with my motogp 08 pc game! can only play with a gamepad or pc keyboard. i have a logitech attack3 joystick ! need a patch or controller for joystick. PLEASE HELP!!! :cry:

Im playing with a PS2 controller and it work fine for me, try this sort of controller if you have it.

Are you using a MIDI splitter cable? if so try connecting the controller directly to the game port.
This was a known issue with Sidewinder products.
im so disappointed that i cant map controls proberly on my x52 pro. i need analoge controls and i want to use the throttle to accelerate and brake but i cant.
capcom: you need to enable custom mapping of controls in a patch ASAP!!!
Look at the game requirements, it supports keyboard, mouse and joypad. It doesnt mention any other controller type so the game wont support it or it would mention it here. Why would you want to play a game like this with a flightstick?
