I already posted about this a while ago, but here's some indication on when they will be available.
Looks like they’ll be coming sometime after the New Year now, the emulation process for PSone titles is quite drawn out.

Yeah it's a shame - I would've loved to have played either of those on my PSP over Christmas too..
(Clay, if you work for HeadStrong Games - then bravo. My friend Dave and I played HOTD for the first time two player the night before going to the Capcom Christmas party. It is firmly, clearly, the best shooter I've ever played. And I've played a lot. Bravo.)
I have FF8 on disc but it won't play on the Ps3 so I may end up with yet anther copy

-Yes, I work as an Artist at Headstrong, and I'm very glad you enjoyed the game! We are lucky enough to have really dedicated team with lots of nice and creative individuals, in which somewhat ought to reflect in the crazyness of the final product.
Anyway, yes, it is a shame. I was really hoping to play Vargant Story as I fly over to Norway next week. Maybe it'll be available by the time I'm flying back!
