I just got the game today and after i innstalled it and was really looking forward to play the game crashes with a fault message Launcher has a problem and has to be closed.
I tried unninstalling and inst on diff location but nothing helps.
All my other games work fiine so i really dont understand it. Coult it be a faulty cd?
Anyone got an idea about what could be causing this?:?:
i install right and i can play very well , but today i try to play career mode and i can not play , happened the same of you error exe online in career mode , but in another modes like champions , online etc i can play goog only in carrer mode i have error exe and can not play

I am havin same problem guys, I think everyone is, so CAPCOM do we get a refund or, are you going to release a patch of some sort ? the game is useless once you complete the first season in career mode :(

Ive done that after my game crashes on steam with a system information log and also a dxdiag log, so far Ive had no reply even and auto reply message would of done im so not happy.

Yeha me too, i dont have the Steam release but anyway i have the same problem and theres no announces abaout some incoming patch or something, the thecnical supports dont answer our messages... so wtf... what its happening really someone read our messages or just ignore them....
I paid for an game whats the purpose of buy something u cant use...

I think the best thing to do is calm down put it out of our minds and wait for a patch all we can do is send them the information they need to track whats gone wrong and wait for patch, I would of appreciated some feedback to say they got my bug log but again you cant have everything, you paid your money just as I did but we are running on a platform that has so many variables it would be impossible to test everything under deadlines things happen.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, thing of a game you 0wn that you love playing, open your eyes and put it on. problem solved. :) I think a patch will be along shortly :)
its so sad that people paid money and cant get an answer of something they should be answered.

wierdly I just ran my copy on steam to check for updates but accidentally ran the game, I hit all the buttons on my keyboard to skip the intro videos and the game ran, there hasnt been an update so Im either lucky or random.
Try this:
Run the game,
When videos are playing hit all the keys on your keyboard that might skip the video such as escape enter space i just randomly hit buttons
It should skip the intro video and bring you to the main menu
i have got an email and reply from capcom tech support.
they just want me to send the system info 32 to try and solve the problem.
they said that i need to update my sound card driver.. ha ! :)
well i just wait to see what they will say about my system info.
will notify you in the next days what the answer will.
