Fable 2 is yet another game (published by Microsoft) that doesnt feature English VO. Get the hell out, the German version every single time sucks (in comparison).

The UK copy I got today has a couple of voices like Chinese but I noticed it did not have many European languages.

You mean the stereotypical Somerset accents? Never really bothered me...as I grew up around the area, and im so used to hearing it.
Its a bit odd that they havent done it in different languages though...
I think the accents add a unique charm to it, id rather hear By eck, that dragons been at it again! rather than Thou must slayeth a beast most problematic of thy wholesome kingdom, lend thy sword and casteth it down.

Agreed. I really hate it when Fantasy RPGs, or anything set in a Fantasy world, go for the Thee, Thou, Thither, Hither approach to speech.
Like in Ocarina of Time, when you talk to the Deku Tree at the begining...that is just ridiculous.

Its more to do with capacity of the medium rather than the developers themselves. Im sure more people would be complaining about it being in English if they released it in English in Germany.
But each to their own. You couldve just imported after all.

Publisher, not developers. As for the mediums capacity and people complaining, have a look at charmed669s post and consider that games which are released in Germany generally feature Englisch VO as well. That is also why I pre-ordered the German LE of Fable 2. Imports dont arrive on time. The (German) public only learned about the missing English VO around release. At that point I ordered the NTSC LE (after all), which was still available, fortunately, but naturally hasnt arrived yet. Each to their own, huh.

Well perhasps you should consider that Fable II has a LOT of dialogue for a LOT of possible different situations. Hence, more voice work, hence more space required on the disc.
But if youve got the NTSC version coming then why complain? The problem will be rectified soon enough.

See my previous post, especially the part with charmed669s post.

See my previous post. The general problem apparently wont be rectified; as for the current one, I guess its each to their own, when its about something happening soon enough.
