Capcom Council..?

So whats the deal with this?

Just updating my profile to include Monster Hunter Freedom, and noticed that I had ticked the box for Capcom Council.

Ive heard nothing since though...not that Im aware of anyway. No discussion on any important or even unimportant subjects regarding Capcom...

Is it a feature that will be brought in later on? Or did I just miss out on something by not ticking the box when I first signed up?

It was something set up in the past which never got implemented, but well have a similar programme in the near future.
