Top 3 Capcom Games
Resident Evil 5
Flock
SF4 even thought am very bad at it.
Top 3 none Capcom games
Uncharted 2
Left 4 Dead 2
Forza 3
I wll post here my list after i recieve demons souls and god of war collection :)
My pick of the bunch would be:
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Left 4 Dead 2
Resident Evil 5
Uncharted 2 and MW2 never made the list because the only thing that appeals to me with those is the online play.

Despite how short it was, I loved Brutal legend from start to finish, because I KNEW it was going to be an RTS inbetween the hack&slash. 8D

Ok, here goes:
Resident Evil 5 - both the single player and the multiplayer were great. Mercs and Versus got this into my top 3.
Star Ocean: The Last Hope - While it wasn't the best Star Ocean so far, it was the best 2009 RPG, that I played.
Pikmin - Yeah, yeah, it's a Wiimake, but 2009 was quite a slow year for me and I really love Pikmin.
I'm guessing that come Christmas, Pikmin 2, Resi DC, Tales of Vesperia or L4D2 could creep in there somewhere, but I can't include them. Maybe I'll edit my post after Boxing Day.

3)this one will surprise you: bit.trip beat (WiiWare)
i bought this game with some WiiPoint earned with the Nintendo star catalogue and it's awesome (600 pts by the way)...i love music games but this is far beyond..anyway, there's a demo available for free in the WiiShop...it's a must try!

the top three games i have enjoyed this year are:
1)Resident evil 5 for it's brilliant pacing,
2)SFIV cos it's just awesome
3)Dissidia final fantasy for it's innovative battle system and nostalgic value.
Although i'd like to give honourable mentions to Lost winds 2, monkey island and tomb raider underworld for being great games of the year too.

I take it back! i just got Forza motorsport 3. OMG!!!! what an awesome game. It totaly blows both project gotham and Gran turismo out of the water. the graphics, the physics the thrill of out breakinging your oponent. it is soooooooooo awesome. so i'll give my top three to SFIV, Resi 5 and Forza 3

Honourable mentions to Bionic Commando (would probably tie with FIFA 10), Resident Evil 5 and Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time.
Probably the most typical topic at this time of the year but still I wanna know your personal favorite and the reasons why its your game of the year.
My game of the year is Uncharted 2, its been a long time since actualy drags me in. Uncharted 2 is not just a game but also a movie. Some gameplay scenes where just breath taking and jaw droping, you where playing a movie overall.
Great storie always making me pushing forward to know what will happen next, charectors that made me wanna care for, and a great soudtrack that my years just couldnt ignore.
I knew Uncharted 2 was gonna be great like the first one but never though it would be this great to open my exitement again for games, witch I was losing this year.
Looking to hear your opinion

My top 3 of the year, in no particular order:
- Batman: Arkham Asylum
- Resident Evil 5 (which I actually forgot came out this year, it feels like it was so long ago)
- Assassin's Creed 2

Hah! me too, I can't believe I've visited the capcom offices twice this year, it feels like a year ago...
Oh and on a side note, if something really impresses me within this month then I'll obviously change my list.
1. Modern Warfare 2
2. Resident Evil 5
3. Infamous
Resident Evil 5 in Single player is better than MW2, more details and story, but I'm an huge fan of online gaming, and my clan only has 1 or 2 RE fans. So, MW2 wins for the multiplayer.
Infamous was a very surprising game, I really enjoyed the gameplay of it :D
