RockMan X7 PC problems with Vista64

Hi to everyone, Im new of here.
My friends know that I love MegaMan and given me as a present RockMan X7(original game), its not in Italian or English, only in Korean or maybe japanese(I dont understand it :D)
However the problem is not language, but this:
When I try to run the game, I have an error and game dont run. I think is a Vista 64 problem.
How can I play with it?
