Some of you may have heard this on the news, some of you may be fans of the sport and some of you may not care.
Either way, a pretty controversial event took place in the World Cup qualifying play-off between Ireland and France.

I'm I the only one hoping Jedward wins the X factor though? Finally, it'd show the nation exactly what this show really is. In my books a real musician should write their own songs, that way they can really put the emotion and sentiment into it as they truly know what the song is about.
The X Factor is just karaoke done well.

They are contestants on the X-Factor. Watching them sing is a bit like having your teeth drilled at the dentist.
They are funny though because they keep staying in the competition and upsetting the people who think this show is serious bizness!

I don't apologise for the Jedward thing. They provide much needed entertainment for an already dying show. There existance has provided Simon Cowell with the viewers whose money will provide another god awful show. The Ireland and France match I can't be biased about. I agree with Roy Keane's statement but I'm angered by FIFA.Yet again they got the result they so desperately wanted which has put me off football due to people pulling strings behind the scenes. Only one solution a fourth offcial who refers to the camera's like rugby. FIFA's defiance believing that this would slow down the beautiful game is absolute rubbish.

But I agree with you regarding the match and FIFA's idiotic stance on real justice and fair play.
Unfortunately, it doesn't help that Michel Platini is the head of UEFA either, who no doubt help sway any decision that may come to FIFA.
