Ok guys, so i made an US account for my playstation and now im very interested in few things:
1. If i buy a playstation card with a different currency than the US dollar(like czech crown) and try to register it on the US playstation store, what will happen? Will it work?
2. Ps1 games from US store to a european Ps3 console - doesnt matter if i download from US store(probably NTSC format, if they have a format as DLC), they will work, right?

Well lol, select USA as the country ur livin in. If you dont actually live there, u still need a real address, name doesnt matter. Use google or somethin.
Ur credit cards should work, i never tried tho. If the name and address arent the same on ur card and ur account, i dunno what will happen. 99% Nothin, 1% ban. Cant really tell u bout it sorry jarlino ^^
I've never actually bought anything off the US or JP PSN store, but I suspect you'll find that if you address and billing address doesn't match, it might not work.

Well Mastercard or American Express would work on PSN , dunno bout XBL.

Well I think that US PSN store accepts all credit and debit cards, but the UK PSN only accepts UK credit and debit cards so for those who register on US psn there should be no problems :)

well i tried using a uk credit card for the us and it didn't work. it said you have to have the adress that is the same as your credit card. so thankfully my parents had an american credit card that coincided with the adress that i put.

So, i read all of the posts and i think i see the big problem - you can download from US PSN only if you have a credit card which has an adress in US?
Ok, i might as well just stare at those awesome ps1 games :D.
Yeah, btw, if you download a ps1 game for your ps3, can you download it next time for free for PSP? Cause i had read the description on those games and there stands that: One time fee for 5 downloads on 5 different registered ps3 systems(or something like that), is it true?

You pay once with ur account and can download up to 5 copies. If u can log in with ur PS3 account on ur PSP and the game is PSP compatible, then yes.
