A while back whilst playing DMC4 the game froze on me. No red circle just froze. After reloading my 360, my
disk had become unreadable and has been ever since. So i was wondering if it is possible for me to send in
my old disk for a replacement?
how long you had the game?
Wont the shop you bought it from replace it?

The Xbox 360s known for having its disc reader break down from time to time as well. You might want to see if other games still run perfectly fine, so that youll know if its really not your 360.
Hi Magrebo, thats unfortunate, sorry to hear about your problem.
If possible, you should try to see if the disk works on a different console - hopefully youll have friends with 360s. If it works, thats a sign that you have problems with your machine, otherwise the disk is very likely to be damaged. If thats the case, you should take it back to your retailer for a replacement. the red ring is something obvious for 360s but like tenebra said, if it runs on other 360s than its your drive if not than its indeed the dvd? problems with reading dvd games in your 360 with other games?

Just take the game back with receipt to get it changed.
