View Full Version : Street Fighter IV Saves?

I recently installed Windows 7 and backed up the saves files from Street Fighter 4 Resident Evil 5 and Lost Planet Colonies edition. But now when i put them back into the folder and load games it says no save game data found? Im not going through and unlocking every character on ST4 etc again so can anyone help please?
I know with the PS3 version (not sure about the 360) they made them uncopyable, maybe something similar was implemented for the PC version?

If so then thats just stupid as im not going through all 3 games to reach the level i was at before with the things unlocked i had before. Id rather just play something else lol.

I want to change from Xp to Windows 7, too.
Is there a way to save correctly SF4, actually ?

first off all, Start street fighter 4 and make your live acount again (in exect the same caps and letters), and than save your save.dat file in
documents/CAPCOM/STREETFIGHTERIV/????????????????/save.dat
this should help.
For Resident evil 5: save your savedata.bin
documents/CAPCOM/RESIDENT EVIL 5/????????????/savedata.bin
