in getting together over xbox live or PSN and having either some co-op or competative gaming going? I'm sure we can all agree on some game to play
Also if anyone wants help with achievements or thropies we can always set up matches for help with those!

Yea, I was gonna make a topic similar to this, but more for daily arrangements, like we could have a game being played every day for those interested.
I'll make it in a couple of days anyway. It's to go with what Iw as saying in the cod topic, but trophy and achievement idea sounds good Chris.
Besides, friendly games are always fun. ;)

Lol, well PS3 Nazi Zombies would be awesome.
I've not once been able to player 4 player in that. Nobody plays it, even though it says 53,000 odd people are online! ¬_¬

PS3 needs love too! I dont really play mine much to be honest, I like getting my achievements on xbox too much!
Little Big Planet is always a cool game to multi up with. We can show off our created levels
Killzone 2 is a great shooter, we can run about in squads and what not

Need to play Uncharted 2 online, but want to beat the story mode first. It's the way I always am. Before I play a game online, for some reason I want to beat the story first.

Resi 5, we could do Merc's on, as that's all I need to do on that. Plus, it's fun.
Borderlands was the next game I wanted to buy, as it looks really fun, but not too sure, as the reviews haven't convinced me.

i played a bit of borderlands and wasnt overly impressed. I still want to give it a proper go though. I might be kicked off the Capcom website for saying this but I don't have resi 5. I kinda went off the series after resi 2. Darkside chronicles was good, refreshing take on the game (if you dont count the PS2 game)

Highest I've been on the first level with a girl I'm friends with on two player, was level 19.
On my own, I can get to 15, and on the newest map which reminds me of wolfenstein, highest I've gotten with a friend was level 14, and 10 or 12 on my own.
Really hard.
I'd quite like to play some Little Big Planet at some point with someone.
If I had Xbox Live then I'd go for some Lost Planet, but at the moment I do not.

i made a thread for a resi 5 versus tournament a while back and ten offered a print signed by kawata-san as a prize but we never got enough people for me to go ahead. If more people are interested this time we could set that up again, im sure ten would be happy to provide the same prize again assuming she still has it.

Sounds cool, but sadly I don't have the versus mode.
Maybe we could do Merc's on Resi 5, as well. That'd be pretty awesome, and it seems easier on two player, than single player. Still, all I can get is a B myself, and a B in multiplayer. So hard lol.

Chris, you can do yours dedicated to trophy/achievement hunting as well. Be a joint thing as planned, haha.

I'm still up for versus mode. I hope we can get more people to join in, it would be so much fun to have team battles. :)
For what its worth, I have Versus mode for both Xbox360 and PS3 versions, so, i'll take on anyone, or work with them :D.
Also, i'll be willing to play stuff not in my sig, if you check out my Xbox Live username you'll see what I have there, my PS3 collection is slightly smaller, but I have quite a few games like LittleBigPlanent, Killzone 2 and Resistance 2.
Yeah ten was going to get back to me about whether she had two prints or just one cos obviously that would affect whether we did teams or singles, still with only a few people interested im thinking two player singles knockout would be the best way to go. Ill pm her when she gets back from her break to see if she's still willing to supply prizes and if so we can go from there.

Yes, but I'm moving to MW2 as soon as it arrives. And I don't have the Map Pack 3.
19 was probably the maximum level I ever get in Zombies...:(

I'm glad there hasn't been a major aversion to my mentioning of Boosting here.
Some people seem to deem it as a terribly bad thing...but when you notice that half the games you own have Online Only Achievements, and nobody really plays the games online anymore, it gets a bit ridiculous.
It's incredibly annoying that I can't, for all intents & purposes, access the full content of my game without taking it online...

Im not a huge fan of boosting but like you said some games you just cant play online anymore. Lost Planet I really struggle with cos the only people that still play it are like the super hardcore fans who are just too damn good for it.
my main issue with boosting is I think you should have to earn your achievements. Games like CoD4 and Gears that have super hard achievements make you feel real good about your gaming skill if you can beat them
