I've recently ordered some M$ but I have no much what points are worth. What can I get for 4200 points?
Its around 1800 for a full game or big add-on depending on quality, 800 for a map pack, 80 for a small game, 150 for a costume.
But it varies a lot to be honest, sometimes you'll be paying a high price for some rubbish costume, then again, you may be paying very little for a map worth twice the amount you've paid for.
Cool. I'll be looking at arcade games I think - Ikaruga is on my list.

Castle Crashers - 1200
Monkey Island SE - 800
Ikaruga - 800
Trials HD - 1200
Geometry wars - 400
Do I need gold membership to use marketplace? I think it's just silver right?

You only need Gold for playing with people, taking advantage of the weekly deal(Ikarugawas 400 for 1 week back in Summer), getting demos 1st week, new applications(twitter...), etc.
If you have not played them I recommend:
Rez( although the real treasure is the Dreamcast version)
Flock
Outrun Live Arcade(The most fun ride you will have on 4 wheels)
I have more games but don't want to bother you with a huge list. :)

good fun list there my only difference would be to swap castle crashers for shadow complex

dont get monkey island, that game should have stayed in memory....castle crashers is an amazing game with a lot of replay value. if you get it hit me an invite and ill come crash some castles with you
REZ HD, for fantastic visual experience.
BRAID. For a Super Mario Bros clone that... is one of the most genius game of all the time.
I tried it because a friend told me to try it... First, I hated it because it seemed stupid, and the game doesn't tell you exactly what you can do. Beside that, when you got what you can and you must do... you understand it.
dont get monkey island, that game should have stayed in memory...I can't agree... if he never played the game, he MUST play it. EVERYONE MUST PLAY MONKEY ISLAND at least once in life.

OBVIOUSLY Turtels in time RE-shelled. Awesome game. This and some DLC for the games u already own. And Monkey Island - fun pure imo.
