I have to agree with some of the comments left on the article. I personally dont think its worth it just for a better screen. Maybe sony should spend some more time and money on getting some worthwhile games on the horizon.

You mean like Star Ocean 1st departure, 2nd evolution, Parasite Eve 3, FF Agito, Digital Graphic Novel 2 and Resistance? As for past games I suggest checking out Crisis Core, Valkyrie Profile Lenneth, Portable Ops, Daxter, God of War, Digital Graphic Novel, Castlevania, Silent Hill, Tekken Dark Resurrection, FF 1 and 2, Syphon Filter 1 and 2, Killzone, WipeOut, Ratchet and Clank, FF Tactics, Disgea, Jean Darc...
The new screen alone is a nice addition. Presumably it (generally) doesnt warrant replacing a previously purchased PSP (although one could always sell that one). Nonetheless, for new users its a worthwhile addition, in my opinion, and I think Ill buy one as backup in a couple of years.

Nice list but can you really say its good enough for something thats been out for 3 years or so now?
And in my opinon can you ever have enough new games coming up?

Enough new good games? Hardly. I have a feeling that therell be a couple of good games coming, given the PSPs success in Japan. As for future games, some may be interested in FF Dissidia, which I didnt list.
Good enough for something thats been out three years? Id say yes. Ive bought a DS recently - and checked pretty much all the games there are, including various Japanese ones. All I care about at this point (past and future games) are Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Dungeon of Windaria, Luminous Arc 1 and 2 and Valkyrie Profile: TAO. The latter being the only AAA game, as far as I am concerned. Good enough for a system that was released X years ago?

I am happy with my original launch psp but i think thats nearly had it so i would be happy buying this as a replacement.
I want to buy a DS again just to play pheonix wright and advanced wars.
I want to buy a psp to play certain games.
I want to buy a new xbox to replace my dead one.
But I also want a œ2000 FX dslr. And thats what I want the most, so Ill save my pennies. :D
I can see where the attraction for this is though, and in the end this will get more games onto the console!
If more people buy them, that will make a wider psp audience, so game developers are more likely to take out a contract and make you games. So sony are helping in there own way to encourage the system.
Oh, and I hate colour gamut. BAHHHH. It looks like it has better clarity aswell!
Ill probably be getting one of these myself, though not at launch.
