Another video game movie adaptation and it looks promising!

Not only because its not directed by Uwe Boll, but because its gonna be directed by James Wan and he´s a briliant director! He directed the first Saw movie which was awesome and Death sentence too.

It looks promising so far, i dont think the movie´s gonna be a big hit but i dont think its gonna suck, which is important.
Im curious how will they make the whip attacks look in the movie, i hope not too lame.

Not a fan of Castlevania but why not? I´ll watch it since its a movie based game and I would like to see how loyal they will make to the game series.

I'm a bit more intrigued now that James Wan is on board to write and direct. Anderson's version looked far too much like Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, with vampires and werewolves involved.

I'm worried! not only cos i love castlvania but also because saw is possibly the most pointless piece of gratuity i have ever fallen asleep in the middle of. I would be less woried if it was directed by someone like christophe gans who did silent hill. that was about the only near decent video game filom i have seen.

I guess only time will tell though. afterall michael bay made some pretty bad films but transformers was alright.

I saw Saw with the wrong mentality. ;)
