...Okay, maybe not today..but still, have a good one!
So like...I celebrated my birthday tuesday, and decided to wait posting this, since it would turn out to be a attention-whoring thread. <_<

Nothing really special..since I started working again on the 19th there was no party or anything, just went to eat a pizza with my parents during lunchbreak.

Anyways, it made me think... what do the people of the Capcom community do to celebrate their birthdays?
Or what would they like to do? Do you like getting presents, and if so, what would you like to get?
Any memorable birthday stories out there? Shareem with us!

And have a verry merry (un)birthday!

Ill be turning 22 on the 13th of September, literally a week before i go off to Uni...So most of the stuff ill be doing or getting will be Uni related.

Which is fair enough.

I dont like doing anything big, i generally just spend time with friends and family, and im thinking of going to see The Dark Knight (for the second time) as the event.

However, i have ASKED for certain games, books and films for my birthday...whether or not ill get them is the question.

And Happy Birthday Jarlino.

I cash in my gifts and money from family that drops by, and thats about it.

I havent really had a party of some sort since my 16th birthday, just didnt see much of a use. If theres a good movie or whatnot showing Ill use that as an excuse to get some money out of the old folks so I can see it with my girlfriend and some friends, but thats where it stops.

Ill be getting older on 11th September.
(see other thread for my age).

Recently, I havent done much, just shopping or just continuing my life as normal, getting older isnt a big deal for me.

We used to have little parties when I was a kid, we had a plastic mat on the floor and we put bowls of food on it and we had a mini buffet, it would last about 3 hours, ending with cake, my parents didnt have the paitence for it, so it was canned when I was about 13.

Turned 21 on the 3rd. Just had a chill out day really. Getting old means you do less.

Ouch thats harsh. I like being 21 though. I feel mature and grown up when I say it. Got some Dog Tags and some cash for mine. Minor things.

Happy belated birthday to you all! :)

My birthday was on 24th July, now I have to wait for another 11 months for next one :( I love bdays, never worked on mine - or my husbands. It doesnt have to be a huge celebration but its a good excuse to do even small but pleasant things. This year I had a picnic in Regents Park, then went to London zoo and had drinks in the evening with my ex colleagues. It was a great day, I really enjoyed it :)

Ah yes, I must agree, there is nothing nicer than a quiet drink with friends, although it is nice to be treated to something better once and a while.

Its my birthday on Sunday (31st August). No prezzies this year, having uni related stuff like TZM. First year of uni has overtaken my birthday, really. Ive always been excited other years. :(

I turned 18 last April, and it was actually one of the best birthdays I ever had. I usually dont REALLY celebrate my birthday. My parents just invite a bunch of THEIR friends so they have something to do and I get free stuff. I dont have enough friends to invite for a party, and if I had, I wouldnt have a party cuz I kinda dont like that kinda thing..

This year I was celebrating it with just my parents, grandparents and Urya, and I had a blast, even if we were painting the new shack for our caravan XD Im hoping all my birthdays will be like my last from now on :3 Perhaps with one or two really close friends, but thats all~
