Why yes, yes i am. Though ive toned it down a bit now. That picture is a good 3 or 4 years old. I still wear the clothes, but only do the makeup when i can be bothered...which is rarely.

Oh, and ive quit smoking now. Been free of cigs for about 2 months now.

Indie is possibly the most generic term ever, it vaguely refers to bands that are not signed by major labels - but then its not like those bands cease to be indie when they move to the majors :dead:
Lets say that in terms of recent acts I like The Wombats, The Fratellis and bands along those lines.

Thats school, they are children and there are rules about uniform code and such.

College and university are far more lenient when it comes to appearance, its allowed unless TZM has swearword shaved on to the back of his head.

As Dante noted, that is Secondary School. A person below the age of 16 is still regarded as a child, and is thus treated as such.

At a Secondary or Primary School, the students live under the rules of the school and the judgement of the headmaster/headmistress.

At Sixth Form you will tend to be treated a little better, but not greatly.

College is like sixth form, but not connected to a school.

University is for students over the age of 18, and they are treated as adults. There is no dress code, no rules for how you should look, etc. Only rules for conduct and behaviour.

Also, thats a story from The Daily Mail...they like to blow everything out of proportion.

That one is a bit of a tricky subject.

It all depends on the school/college/university, and also the people that go there.

My Primary school was Church of England, so they taught us that the only 3 religions on the planet were Judaism, Islam and Christianity. So only religious symbols for these 3 could be worn. They were very close minded.

My Secondary school taught us about Buddhism and Hinduism on top of the above 3, but still only let us wear a symbol of Judaism, Islam, Christianity or Hinduism. I battled against this, stating human rights, and managed to get it so that ANY religious symbol can be worn in that school, as long as it is on a Silver or Gold chain.

My College and University were multi-cultural, with varying religions and they both try their best to acknowledge and teach about all of them...though, considering how many there are, they still struggle.

Dont get a girlfriend for girlfriends sake. I see this trend a lot. People just take the first chance they get and cling to it. If love hits, it sweeps you off your feet and if its mutual, then thats fantastic. Otherwise, being single is far better than not being single.

Personally, I prefer a wig, rather then actual hair coloring for cosplay.

I got mine as a gift too! :D And my hair was purple once. Well kind of purple-reddish, I mixed two colours. My mom got a heart attack when I told her what I was doing, but the outcome was really great and she even liked it. :D Are you thinking of darker or lighter purple?
