think of all the possibilities...

2-4 co op?
DLC?
hi-def?
would be nice to have a 360 and a ps3 version.
Cross patform online would be cool, done befor but doubt this would happen

A PS3 version would be more likely.
Triple Seven is right. Capcom has already worked on a Ps3 version. No point in making for 360.

2-4 co-op ... every monster hunter has this, high-def, not that important, but nice. DLC, available in portable and pc versions, nothin new. I dont mind which console it comes on, i own all 3.

Also note the 360 isnt exactly the best selling console in Japan. And I would say 90+% of MH games are sold in japan, so a 360 version is unlikely a 100% release.
But if they did make it for Wii, 360 and PS3 most people would be able to buy it because everyb ody I know has one of the three

Be nice to have a 360 version as I prefer the live set set and how it works, but saying that i do own all so at the end of the day which platform it is on I will get it reguardles.

Cant see it happening really. I am really hoping though that MH3 does come to the PS3. PLEASE!!!
I am waiting for a PS3 version but even though I dont have a 360, it would be good if they release it on that console aswell, then more people will learn about that beauty :)

... if it does come on xbox 360 im buying straight off no name it i also wounder if you could jump and swim thats a problem with the rest of
the monster hunter games because although i like the game i would like to swim with a plesoith and jump over quiker away from attacks:lol:

Your post confused me :p :lol: :p. Hmmm Monster Hunter on X-box 360 would be unlikely and why are these threads been started over and over again? We know its coming out for the wii so why say what if. At the moment its not happening but Capcom seem to love sharing there creations with all consoles and if it does come out for the 360 then its over money nothing else.

I want this on PS3 as its the only games console i own. Loved it on PS2 and i aint spending money on a PSP or a Wii just for one title plus i dnt see the appeal of having it on a handheld system anyway. PS3!!!
Its unlikely therell be any 360/PS3 versions for quite a while. If youre a true fan of the series you should have no problem with trying the Wii version (aside from money woes).
Other than that, all you can do is hope Capcoms plan works, the game sells extremely well & leads to versions (MH3 G / MH4) appearing on the other systems.
I wonder if Capcoms new mulitiplatform stance comes into effect here. Guess we will have to wait and see.
I own a wii but would prefer it on 360.

Hence the use of the word unlikely in my response. Just throwing the guy a bone.
I also own all three consoles but think about it , multiplayer is really the greatest part of this game and no other systems have a reliable and fast online play , as the servers are maintained , thats why you pay for xbox live , where as with other consoles , excluding gaming pcs, internet and online gameplay is more often than not an extremely laggy experiance - even with an optic cable internet service. But recently things are changing at capcom with the new multi-platform promotion system, it is more likely to be released on all three , or even just ps3 and 360 , with a lesser product on the wii
