Street Fighter Alpha coming to PSN

Original PlayStation game to be released on PlayStation Network this Thursday.

After teasing PS3 owners with a Street Fighter related surprise the Capcom Unity Blog has updated with details of what that surprise is. Sadly for PS3 owners its not a beta for SFIIHD or SFIV, or anything to do with either game for that matter, but the original Street Fighter Alpha for the PlayStation.

Not exactly the exciting surprise PS3 owners wanted, but it might ease the pain of seeing Xbox 360 owners playing the SFIIHD beta. According to the blog itll be released this Thursday.

I hope they release Alpha 2 and 3 aswell. Alpha 3 being my favorite SF game of all time.

Not that I know of. Maybe later...? I was kind of wanting to download it the day but just decided to save some money and play the Alpha Anthology.

I miss the arranged soundtrack! I lost my SFA PSX disc somehow!

Talking about SFA3, they should release SFZ3 Upper/Max on PC. SFZ3 UPPER/MAX was the best SF game ever! They could make so much money if they just released that game on PC. Guile and Evil Ryu were my favourites!
