Street Fighter Wont Load - PS3

HI,

i think ihave a faulty disc, it has hardly been used
and clean form scratches / marks but it will not
load teh game properly, the menus are fine but it
just will not go past teh battle loading screen.

Also it will not install to the hard drive, it
always gets stuck at 19% , it does this on all PS3's
( i have tried it on 4 !).

Please can you advise me what to do ? i really
wanted to play this game

how long have you had the game?
have you tried to get it exchanged from where you bought it from?

Have you tried uninstalling the data and deleting the save data it may have? I've had this problem a few times and doing that seemed to fix it.
