[PC] Devil May Cry 4 - Xbox360 controller configuration

Im playing Devil May Cry 4 with a Xbox 360 controller but i have an issue :
The charater doesnt run (but walk) when i go up (I have this problem only with the up direction).

Its really annoying. :cry:
I tried to recalibrate my controller but it doesnt change anything.

Is there anything I can do to solve this issue ?

do you use vista or xp and if which service pack?

second: can it not be an defect or error to your 360 contoller itself?

how do you connect your 360 controller to windows? with a receiver device with a cable or maybe with a plug and charge kit?

- Is it a know issue ?
- Is there any option in Devil May Cry 4 to solve that ?
- Will there be a patch to solve that ?

Im using Vista 32b SP1.

I tried my controller in a few other games and there are not any issue.

My xbox 360 controller is plugged using its cable.
