i bought my DMC4 in the UK, but i have the subtitles in German.
How can i change it to english?

Depends on the version you have.
For PS3, it automatically detects your systems language, I think the same applies to the Xbox360, PC should have it on a selectable menu somewhere.
To change the language on PS3:
Go to Einstellungen (System) > System-Einsellungen (System Settings) > Systemsprache (Language) > English (Just below Deustch)
It should be in English next time you start, hope that helps.
