We Love Golf-disc problem?

Just received my We Love Golf disc and I think there is a problem with it.
The demo tries to run, but skips and jumps through a good part of the demo ... you cannot call it a demo because it doesnt give you a full description of how to play the game. The whole demo lasts about 30 seconds.

Also ... the club swings all by itself without you initiating a forward swing. You hold the A button and move the wiimote backwards to the target marker. If you hold the wiimote at the target marker, the screen club swings and strikes the ball, even if you dont swing the wiimote. This happens with both of our remotes. This doesnt seem to be right ... you should have to swing the wiimote to have the screen club swing!

All in all I am TOTALLY dissatisfied with this game. All of our other games work just fine, so I know its not a wii system or wiimote problem. Out Tiger Woods 08 works just fine, as does our wii sports gold game.

I would like to get a refund ... or at least a replacement disc.
How can I go about this ... I bought this from Amazon, and they told me to contact you.

Hi itsybitsysdad, sorry to hear about your problem. The issue with the demo sounds like a possible faulty disc but the problems you are having with the club could be either the batteries almost dead or a problem with the sensor on top of your tv. Id suggest that you try the disc with another Wii (hopefully you have a friend who owns one) to establish if the problem is with the disc or there is something wrong with your hardware. As for replacements and refunds, Im afraid you will need to refer to Amazon as they are responsible for your transaction (please read the terms & conditions on their website and maybe quote them to their Customer Services if they give you a hard time).

You dont HAVE to swing the club forward to hit the ball, but it wont be an accurate shot if you dont. If you swing forward when the marker is down at the target you will get a good or perfect rating meaning your shot is more accurate and goes further.

As for the skipping, sounds like a duff disc, time to send it back to Amazon!
