DMC4 Dual Core Procesor Problem

So how the topic title says ... I got a problem in DMC4 about my PC processor
My game has aproximatly 23-36 Fps and it should have at last 60 Fps
So only one processor is showed on PERFORMANCE TEST on game , hmmm the one with 1.60 GHz and i have another one with 1.61 GHz
Ill atach my dxdiag so maybe I will get an answer ... is realy hard to play with lags/freezes :(

Thats normal, Lost Planet did the same iirc as the 2nd core is still used for graphics porcessing.

Your performance issue is probably because of your low/mid end graphics card and old drivers. Have you turned down the graphics settings to get the performance up?
