Brutal Legend: DECAPITATIOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Since we have some threads about non-Capcom games in here like Epic Mickey, Tekken 6 and WET, It's a surprise to not find anything talking about Brutal Legend.

I don't think this game needs me to introduce it, since most of the gaming world is either following or hating Tim Schafer's (One F, mind you. He hates it when people write it with two.) latest game.

With the game coming out in the upcoming week, with release scheduled for thursday (But we all know some stores are gonna break the street date, and I sincerely hope it's one near you!) where are you standing in the war of Metal?

Don't care about this game? Going totally wild about it's release?
Have you thought up possible strategies for the multiplayer or are you only going for the Singleplayer?
If you're not getting it, why not? Simply because you can't stand Jack Black? Not a Metalhead?

Please, share your wisdom with the family of the Capcom forums. :cool:

I really liked the demo, I'll be purchasing it soon as I can.

Im gonna finish the story mode before touching multiplayer though, saw an interview with Tim on the xbox dashboard and he said the story mode teaches you everything about playing multi player so im gonna get good at it first, find out all the tricks then kick some butt on live! if you wanna game hit me an invite, gamertag in my sig

I played the demo to death, the French voice acting is horrible, but it's cool that they actually added it to the Demo.

I'll be picking it up as soon as I can. That being either release date, or broken street date.

The multiplayer looks A LOT like Guilty Gear Overture, a game for which I'm STILL Waiting for it to arrive in the mail, which is good.
I love the action-tactics playsetting.
I'll be taking the Tainted coil into battle, with the philosphy "more is better." :D

But of course, I'll have a go at the singleplayer first, trying to finish it.
From what I've seen in the developer playthrough (a tiny look at the open world and the "In the bowels of Hell" mission) I won't be bothering with getting all the bound serpents. That achievement will be for sometime when I'm back to Silver Live. ;)

I actually wasn't expecting much from this game, but I've got to say, after playing the demo I decided that it was awesome.

It's so hardcore lol. Swearing and over the top violence with Jack Black is pretty much win!

Haha, the game plays rad, and I'm sure it's one game I'll be buying.

I'm not fussed about getting it on release, but I will buy it at some point, and will then rock everyone's world out. :p

I played the demo and absolutely loved it! Jack Black is hilarious and the whole metal theme really works well, I like it. I loved the option to turn the swearing and violence on and off. ^^

Will definitely be buying it at some point after release.
