Please consider making it possible
1) to (directly) quote (from) posts that are located in locked topics.
2) for moderators to post in locked topics
These arent absolutely vital points.
1) Id say no - reason behind it, topics are usually locked for a reason, so no point in allowing further arguments.
2) Yes, noted.

There should be more than 3 persons (admins/mods)to agree & lock the topic, its because if one of the mods is being unfair two are still there to correct thhim. As by knowing the moderator who started the topic in the 1st place, who uses Capcoms forums as his playground, locking, rediting, deleting & making it seem like its your fault.
It would be really better if you give a reason, it clarifys many things, if 3-Mods accept eachs opinion then its definately good to lock the topic, the chances are that if the even two of the mods mate, there is still one whose disagreeing.

1) Please post each bug or enhancement suggestion in their separate thread, this will enable us to treat each issue separately, http://www.capcom-europe.com/forums.aspx?g=posts&t=771
Why dont you open a new topic for that suggestion?

Sounds like libel to me. Have a look at this (http://www.capcom-europe.com/forums.aspx?g=posts&t=859), as well. I will also send you a private message.
