There's no button pressing cheats, just unlockables.

As Dante says, there are no enterable cheat codes for RE4, only things you can unlock (such as the ability to get the Infinite Launcher).
However, if you really want things like Infinte Ammo, Infinite Health, Infinite Money, then you want to look into getting something called Action Replay.
