View Full Version : Flash content causes lag
I'm not sure if it's just me, but when I access the media box at the top or scroll through the games boxes, it seems to slow down my computer alot, I have 4GB of RAM installed and I'm not doing anything that would strain it during my forum posting sessions, Just windows explorer, MSN and maybe WinAmp.
Not had any problems here.
I get lag -____- It is quite annoying!

I get it too. It's getting the the point where I don't want to visit the frontpage anymore =(

Same here. It's heavy content, probably if you have a multi-core computer it will drain the resources of a single core, while the other(s) is(are) free to the rest of the programs, thus you won't notice that at all.
All my computers are still single core, and Firefox uses almost 100% of the CPU when opening the main page.
Personally I'm not having problems but I'll archive some of the videos to get the videoplayer a bit lighter.
