As many of you are aware, a number of issues and problems have been raised over the last few months in a number of threads around the site. In response to this it has been made a priority to ensure that these issues are addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. Behind the scenes this process has already begun with a number of bug fixes ready to be applied this week. To aid us further, we have also set up this new section with the aim to provide you the opportunity to report any further bugs, suggestions or enhancements that will make the forum a better experience for you.
Before posting though with your ideas, we ask if you have a quick glance at some simple rules.
Rules:
1) Please post each bug or enhancement suggestion in their separate thread, this will enable us to treat each issue separately.
2) Please feel free to discuss any suggestions between yourselves. All constructive opinions and point of view will be taken into account. The more discussion that occurs in here, the better we can collate ideas to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
3) Keep your suggestions clear, concise and to the point. The better constructed your idea or argument, the better we can understand what you want
4) Stay on topic. No spamming or flaming - all normal forum rules & guidelines will apply as stipulated in the Forum rules and guidelines thread.
5) Please read previous threads to avoid the repeat threads. All approved and rejected ideas will be listed in the Approved / Rejected List thread, please check this also before posting.
6) Every suggestion and idea will be taken into consideration, but please remember that for a number of reasons some maybe rejected. After a suggestion has been reviewed a decision will be made whether to implement the idea with the thread closed by a moderator or administrator after the decision has been made. Please respect the final decision, repeat posting of the suggestion will not change the fact that some ideas are just not possible to implement. Appropriate action will be undertaken for the non-following of this rule.
7) Forum mods and administrators are not responsible for any of the final decisions made in response to any suggestions. Hassling them will not change the decision - again, all normal forum rules & guidelines will apply as stipulated in the Forum rules and guidelines thread.
8) Come across a bug or error? Stop! Take a screenshot and make a note of your actions leading to the error and post them here. Only then can we better understand the route cause of the error.
